For the cooperation in our upcoming projects we are looking for a tester & support-employee on 9,19 € / h basis either at the location Tuebingen or at the location Berlin.
As Tester do you ensure the quality of our products. You conduct regular test series independently and enter identified bugs directly into a recording system.
You work with different platforms (from the smartphone to the classic PC) and a wide range of game concepts.
As employee in the support department you will answer inquiries from users in German and English via e-mail and on social media platforms in a friendly and informative way.
You play an important role in the communication between us as developers and our customers.
Your profile
- Teamwork
- High video game affinity & good computer skills
- Analytical thinking
- You have some experience in quality assurance of games
- You like to take responsibility
- You enjoy giving constructive criticism
- You are committed and flexible in time
- The working language is German
- You speak English fluently in speech and writing
- Sovereign and friendly dealing with customers
- Advantage: driving license class 3
